-Terms and conditions-

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS.

  • Please write in a clear and nice manner.

  • Provide neat references. 

  • Not a wall of text.

  • Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

  • If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

  • Delivery of the commission will depend on the commission type. Please be patient, otherwise I'll notify you if it'll get delayed.

  • If you are unsure whether I can draw your character or not, you can ask me.

  • Depending on the content of the commission, I may have to decline it for any personal or formal reason.

II. ORDERING AND PAYMENTS.

  • You may order using the form below:
    - Type of Commission
    - Payment: Paypal or Gcash (Will provide once you contact me)
    - Character Reference
    - Pose/Expression: (Optional Ideas)
    ​- Additional Info: (Optional, anything you want me to be aware of)​​

  • ​Reference must be at least an image that is clear and in full color, I will only accept text description as a reference if some of the details in the image reference is not clear or to be changed. Pure text description as a reference is not accepted. Stock photos as reference may also be used but I cannot guarantee that it will be accurate.​

  • Payment through Paypal/Gcash(transfer fee is included in the price)

  • Currency: USD or PHP

  • Full payment must be received after draft sketch have been approved.

III. FLOW OF WORKS.

  • Step 1: Once payment has been received, I will start on the line art. I will update you on the progress and show screenshots of your commission. I will give you a link of my Trello so that you could track my workflow. If you see something wrong or missing at some part please notify me while I'm still working on it.

  • Step 2: Color plan / Rough colors - you can request changes to the base colors (the sketch cannot be touched at this point)

  • Step 3: Rendering and final image - no changes are possible at this stage

  • Step 4: After you have approved of the commission. I will send you the link to download the files. Please download it immediately as I might delete it accidentally.

III. What I CAN & CANNOT DRAW.

 I CAN DRAW:

  • Style: anime, stylized or semi-realism

  • Fanart/OC

  • Kemonomimi (e.g. Nekomimi)

  • 2 Character / Couple Illustration

  • Real people from photo reference – though the person will by stylized to a certain extent to fit my style

  • Tasteful nudity from the waist-up is OK for either gender

  • NSFW

 I CANNOT DRAW:​​

  • Mechas

  • Anthro/Furries

  • Hyper Realistic Style

EXTRA FEES:​

  • In case of very complicated character designs, price may also raise by 10-20%. If this is the case, I will let you know in advance.

  • There will be an additional fee if you would like it to be used commercially.

 
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:​

  • If I cannot provide/finish the artwork for any reason

  • Commissions will get a full refund if I have not started on it yet. Please note the refund will equal the amount I have received after paying fees. (i.e. If you pay $15 and I receive $13, the full refund will be $13.)

  • Commissions that are on progress may get a refund if the you decide to cancel it. Refund price will depend on the progress I have made. Incomplete commission will be sent.

  • Completed Commissions will not get a refund.

 

I can only provide a refund if any of the above conditions are met. No refunds in any other cases.

 
DEADLINES:

  • Artwork will be finished within 4 Days - 1 Week after payment

  • If you need me to meet a certain deadline, let me know in advance and I’ll let you know whether I can work with those conditions or not

WHAT YOU GET:

  • Digital illustration (there is no physical copy)

  • Full resolution digital image

  • Output: high-quality JPEG (unless you request a different format)

PERMISSIONS & COPYRIGHT:

  • These commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. If you’re looking to hire me for commercial work, please drop me an email to discuss the details

  I am allowed to:

  • reserve the rights over the final artwork (meaning: I can post them online to my galleries and use for publicity like portfolio or commission samples, crediting the commissioner's name/alias)

  • ask for your permission to sell prints - you have the right to decline in any case

​

  As the commissioner:

  •  You have the right to use the final digital image for personal use (i.e. print it for yourself, etc.)

  • You MAY NOT allowed to: Modify my works without my permission. Take credit of my art.

  • You MAY NOT resell the image to third parties (i.e. make prints or merchandise from my artwork for sale, or resell the original digital image for money) - Unless you have paid for the commercial fee.

  • My work cannot be used for AI Generators or NFTs.
